Thanks for the video, it was a big help. Like a few other people I also had trouble removing the glass. I did get it eventually, so a few notes for people in the future. The shifting of the glass is quite small, so it was not initially obvious to me that I was doing it right. After its shifted forward, it takes some force to actually pry and lift the glass from the base. If shifting the glass forward by pushing on the glass does not work, it is also possible to remove the panel on the back of the scanner by removing three screws. It is then easier to push the glass toward the front. Hope this helps!

ভাই এই প্রিন্টারে মাঝে মাঝে প্রিন্ট দিলে পেপার টানে না অথবা অর্ধেকে পেজ প্রিন্টা হওয়ার পর বাকি অর্ধেকের হেড চলাচল বন্ধ হয়ে যায় আর পেপার সেখানে আটকে থাকে। এই সমস্যার সমাধান কী?
