I dont thunk its healthy to run every day. Next challenge maybe you could do 2 miles every other day ;) or even every three days is better!

@@harshmalik3874 yes!!! Super comfortable. Perfect for walking and running. I’ve put so many miles on them and they are still so comfy on my feet!
Did you lose weight? Do you feel better? Do you like running more or less now?
@@Resurrected-Silverbeard it’s only a 30 day challenge lost about 2lbs those around me have mentioned I look like I’ve lost weight so that’s a plus! I do feel better.. running gives me time to clear my head. I’m starting to like it lol the first few minutes are rough but it gets easier

Why are you running just go do some weightlifting that will get you into muchhhh better shape
@@cimrdown00 I do strength training too. It’s just a challenge I wanted to complete since I don’t like running. It’s mentally challenging doing things you don’t like to do.
Impressive for sticking through it, good for you! Just keep it up hopefully youll eventually feel weird when you dont run.

gradually increase your mile by .1 each week once you’ve finished your month of running 1 mile. Also you shouldn’t run everyday. Take at least a day off and just walk for 15 mins at a comfortable pace

Nice work , but we're did youn get your tattoos from and why?
Some I did myself some my wife did and others I got done in tx. My joker/harley tattoo was mainly because I loved the joker at that time and loved that image. The wing was to try to cover up the Egyptian one I had underneath. The smiley face was a Friday the 13 tattoo I just like smiley faces same reason for the other smiley face and then the moon and sun I love nature thought it was dope. The red tattoo is family in Japanese because my family left to Japan and it was just a way to remember their journey.
