OSEMO Mach 1 Mustang install
OSEMO Module installed in 1972 Mach 1 Mustang to control the taillights for sequential turn signals. OSEMO allows any parameter to be changed as desired. We were able to change the timing of the sequence, the bulb order and how the lights behaved when the brake was applied all via software without having to rewire anything! Since he is using an OSEMO Module he will be able to add more functionality in the future.

OSEMO power windows via bluetooth
Просмотров 9509 лет назад
Using an OSEMO Module to control the power windows in our 2000 Honda Odyssey via mechanical switches and via bluetooth. Since I'm using an OSEMO Module I could go on to make it automatically roll down the window if #1. it is extremely hot outside and #2. it is not raining #3. whenever I unlock my car. I could also set it so that the windows automatically roll up whenever the vehicle speed is ov...

This is part 2 of a software test of the OSEMO module in preparation of controlling a 1927 Mach 1 Mustang. He's using an OSEMO module so that he can continue to add more functionality in the future. One of the functionality that is easy to add is Bluetooth. In this video you can see it working with bluetooth from my tablet (Android). Here is the link back to Part 1: ruclips.net/video/YMfKTU-wHO...

This is a software test of the OSEMO module in preparation of controlling a 1927 Mach 1 Mustang. My friend wanted sequential turn signals in the tail lights. OSEMO bluetooth control of truck

Test of the prototype OSEMO device module with the Bluetooth Add-on. I've used the OSEMO module to control my headlights in the past, but this was the frist tiem to use bluetooth. Since OSEMO modules can communicate with each other via CAN-bus, one bluetooth-enabled OSEMO module can control any aspect of the vehicle connected to any of the installed OSEMO modules! It also means that you can rec...
1994 Dodge Dakota Headlight flashing "SOS"
Просмотров 5 тыс.11 лет назад
This is my second test in controlling my headlight with my BoardX motherboard. Again success! I added two momentary switches. One makes the headlight flash the Morse code for "S.O.S" and the other button makes the headlight flash on for one second and then off for one second repeatedly. I got my BoardX from here: www.upgradeindustries.com/

Custom Control Center Opening
Просмотров 2,1 тыс.13 лет назад
This is one of my test runs of the servos opening and closing the Control Center on the custom computer case I'm building. My customer desired for none of the switches and controls to be exposed, but to be closed and just smooth on the outside. Therefore I've put together two servos attached to a Maestro 24 from Pololu to control the opening and closing of the control center. It will be opened ...
Custom Computer Case Waterfall
Просмотров 5 тыс.13 лет назад
This is showing how the waterfall on the side of this custom computer case can also be opened to allow access to the inside of the computer case. The waterfall is made of 1/4" acrylic and is fed by the water cooling setup of the computer. It has a peregrine falcon etched into it and will be lit by blue LED's from the bottom edge. Water goes in the hole in the upper left hand side (when closed),...
Retractable door prototype

Prototype for the retractable door on the drive bays. Falcon's computer case will have two sets of external drive bays. They will be covered with a retractable door that will then not only reveal the drives, but will also pull the drives forward so that they will be flush with the outside of the case.
Computer Case Control Panel
Просмотров 7 тыс.13 лет назад
This is still a work in progress, but it should give you an idea of how Falcon's control panel will look on his custom computer case. There are 9 blue illuminated duckbill switches to be mounted on the right hand side. These will operate lights, doors, etc. There will also be a military lock switch for locking/unlocking the case itself. On the left side is the card reader and EVGA's ECP for the...
12 Delta fans!
Просмотров 1,6 млн13 лет назад
This is with all 12 Delta fans running. Enjoy! This is a water cooling setup for a custom computer! There are three Black Ice SR1 480 radiators under those 12 fans. Since the Deltas are very effective at moving tons of air (theoretically a maximum of 3000 cubic feet/minute with 12 fans!), we wanted to use them, but they are so noisy. Thus the Baffle Box was designed to absorb the noise and rout...
Baffle Box with Deltas test
Просмотров 7 тыс.13 лет назад
This is the first test done with the Baffle Box completely lined with sound dampening material and the intake/exhaust ways finished. The reason for only powering 6 of the Deltas was due to the internal wiring not being installed yet. I could only get 6 of the power cords to the controller for testing at this point. Still, it gives you a good idea of not only how loud six Deltas can be, but also...

This just goes to show the pure idiocy of people. Where is all that air going to go? It won't cool anything. It's like blowing into a bottle. All you are doing is choking off the fans and you will burn the motors out. When you have a path for the air to go and ventilate efficiently, it will cool properly. You only need 3 fans at the most.
