I absolutely hate it when I make a point of not looking at the number on the scale when I get weighed and I face the other direction only for the nurse to say the number loud and clear. Even if you use a different measurement system it’s not going to stop my recovering ed from wanting to look up the conversion

One thing I learned to do was make a plate or place mat where you write positive affirmations on it. You keep it where you eat your meals to help you continue growing towards recovery :3

I have healed sh scars too and just posted a video on tiktok and they were visible and it got removed.

You’re simply existing with scars. No one should expect you to cover your arms, legs or etc your whole life just because of some scars.

According to me there is a big difference between existing with scars and promoting self harm. YT is crazy at this point.

You're just existing!!! And in fact it's videos like yours that make me feel like I can wear short sleeves at all
