Hare Krishna Prabhuji I have many doubts regarding the cosmology given in vedic literature (like rotation of sun around earth, the Discription of bhumandala and jambudvipa, the bharat varsa mentioned in bhagwatam sounds weird and also the in Accessiblity of humans to reach other parts of bharat varsa , etc) Can u please make a video that can remove doubts like these. And if u suggest any lecture on this topic. U can send link in the reply.

Hare Krishna Prabhu 🙏 Dandawat Pranam 🙏🙇 I have one doubt , in one lecture you said that without prema a soul is not delivered from this repeated cycle of birth and death . But , when we hear the glories of many things , like for example kartik month I heard in one lecture that the all the ancestors go to vaikuntha or they never take birth again something like that, i dont remember exactly for which limb of devotional service it was mentioned . Then , how to understand these things , as such apparent contradictions really disturbs the faith and feel that these glories are like exaggerations ?

This is such an important work you are doing to dedicate time to helping us to understand such an important text that is often rushed through. Thank you for the amazing class, Prabhu. It's a very interesting point that you make about how traditionally the guru was always available for immediate consultation, whereas in the modern landscape, and perhaps with more idealization of guru figures, they are often and sometimes always out of reach for the disciple to consult with. Of course, some gurus create systems by which their disciples can connect to senior disciples as their representative, but even that is not the same as what you're describing. So, my question is, in current landscape, would you say that there's more of a demand on the sadhaka to awaken his spiritual intelligence and to understand the shastra and how to apply it through his own enthusiasm, so that in such an estranged culture, the individual will be able to guide himself from his previous efforts at training and study and practice?

Hare Krsna! Pranam 🙏 It's possible that it has something to do with the change of position of Advaita vadis, but nowadays they don't define mithya as false. They say that mithya means that the existence of an object depends on something which is satya. Example: gold is satya and a ring, a bracelet, a necklace is mithya. They are real but they would not exist if there was no gold. Well, that can't be denied. What I also understand, the example of the rope and snake is used to show the difference between ignorance and imposition. When I don't know that the rope is actually rope is one level and if I impose the image of a snake, that's my illusion, that's another level. It's also important to use the term atma, not jiva, while talking about certain philosophical points. When atma is used in many points, we, personalists might actually agree with the teachings of Sripada Sankaracarya. I am also not sure why one HAS to choose "yes or no" answer in the question whether the mirage is false or real. That reminds me of the "technique" lawyers use to bring a witness in an awkward position. The Truth is not that simple. Hope I will not be misunderstood. Alakananda DD 🙏

This lecture has so much information that I had to hear it several times 🙂 Hari Parshad Prabhu, I have a couple of questions: 1) What is the connection/correlation between Virat Purusa and Paramatma? I understood that Virat Purusa is material but Paramatma is spiritual. 2) Is there any connection/correlation between the Vedas and the jivas? Asking because both emanate from the Lord Visnu and both seem to have adhibhuta, adhiatma and adhidaiva bhavas. Pranamas 🙏 Alakananda DD
