I have the same plan...my 1st Hobonichi order I just bought a bunch of weeks/A5 HON/A6 HON...I narrowed down to the purpose for each. But I also have Take A Note A6 & B6 coming to me. I plan to use my B6 TAN as my messy journal/daily planner. Then when I can, I plan to take my time to transfer into my A5 HON. Realistically I'm limited with time during the week. I don't want to rush to just write in my journal. I also like to add some stickers, photos etc. 😊

I enjoyed your haul and your thoughts about how you will use everything! If you want to offload the pretzel bag, I am hunting for one. I will buy or trade for it if you are interested. If not, that's totally fine!

I have the weekly vertical classic by Aura Estelle but I’m not a fan of undated and the week is on four page (2 full ones), which got annoying as wanted to see everything at once. Besides that, I love it! I switched to the Avec for July though. Depending on what they do for dated planners next year I might go back to them :)

I just subscribed yesterday, getting my first hobonichi and checking how people use them. Loved the cut out of the New York Times newspaper. I know you've said in a few videos you can't fill the cousin and you are loosing your drive for it. I saw you got something smaller. It's hard to get used to the fact that some days just aren't that full. When that happens to me I fill in with screen shots of things I like online or emails/texts friends have sent (like you do on your last month page) or cutouts from magazines I've been reading or anything like that. I also use tags from things I buy, recipes, receipts etc etc etc. It's all part of a modern life and it's really fascinating to look back on as time goes on. Sometimes too there is just white space - and that is OK! Also, doing a RUclips channel can sap your desire as well. I tried one myself for my main hobby and it just made something that was once fun seem like too much work. It was overwhelming and I missed just doing my hobby for fun. I quit after a few months to get my mojo back. Good luck and thanks for posting your videos!
