Yes, it is very difficult to find a good teacher in the West. So, children would grab this opportunity. Besides, here, mainly, students' based methods, which means students to do their own research and do the project. Teachers would not lecture so much. Guide students and they would do as team work. So, normally, children would go home and practise. Besides, half of the year, is cold and snow. So, can sit at home and practise.
