Absolute genius

I lived in Maui right around the time that Willie K started playing Friday nights at Kimo's. At the time, he was well-loved but wasn't yet the sensation that he eventually became. We were young and while we loved Willie K. I'm not sure if we fully appreciated his talent (and his excellent crowd skills!). I have been back to Maui a few times since then, but I only got to see Willie on one of those 3 trips (and I got to introduce his music to 2 of my friends - who feel in love with his music!). RIP, Willie K - you brought so much joy to so many people and you are sorely missed.

Missing this game extra hard tonight... remember when it was mentioned on a copy of Sim City Streets back in late 90s... and I was like omg I need this game!!! to my parents.. and it became a reality at like 13 years old.. lol

I can't believe they gutted this within a year of its launch, I never got to experience this

Unfortunatly my original computer is dead and I can't retrieve its data for years now. Do you still have the downloadable file with all the unreleased tracks such as GT1, GT2, Speedway, NewCity and so on?

I used to buy up all the rust buckets and modify them as much as I could. Ran one of the clubs called scrapyard specialists. One of the best gaming experiences I ever had :)

the auctions were so damn fun. Any of you remember?? The intricacies of sway bars and shit. I had one car set up perfectly for each track. This is the game I played so much that it broke my first logitech wheel. Damn if we can have a replica these day I'd pay for this. Endless convo with likeminds about drift vs apex for that corner and testing shit out.. so damn fun.

@MCOhideaway . Did you record this in 2003 or is there still a way to play this game? I only know a third-party-launcher which allows doing some quick races, but it never shows the opening sequence or the home screen like your video does. Thankyou very much in advance!

Is MCO making a comeback, I truly hope so, it was my favorite racing well fa. Of all time. Its the ONLY game I ever paid a monthly fee for. MCO was just a bit ahead of it's time. Everyone didn't have high speed internet then and slow connections ruined ite playability. Would LIKE TO START A PETITION TO BRING IT BACK. Updates would be nice, but I'd subscribe e en if was the same as the classic version

I was 65 on uptown. Miss this game so much. As to the ticking sound...this game emulated real damage to any and all parts of the motor which was a really cool thing if you were into fixing engines up right :)
