I'll choose Charlotte any day! over Atlanta. My daughter moved there in 2018 and she fell in love with it! She went to Atlanta to see if she would like Atlanta more and she called me one day from Atlanta and said no way would she live in ATLANTA, but it's a great place to visit.

I currently live in Houston 16 years now. For years I've considered Atlanta to be my next move if things in Houston don't work out for me anymore. But I visited Charlotte for the first time a few years ago and started reconsidering.

I used to live in Charlotte, NC. It has its pros and cons. Pros: Great restaurants, great infrastructure and great places to visit, great places to shop. Cons: Very high property taxes, very high auto registration fees. I was paying $500 a year for auto registration, crappy drivers.

Live on Glenwater behind the shriners and Sam's Club would rather do Charlotte any day it's easy to get around, it's really quiet where I stay and I live off the Interstate I am half a mile to Food Lion, Chili's, Fridays, Applebee's etc... So much growth we are building apartments behind Billy's 🙌... We are twice as big as Atlanta in population and the metro area is pushing out...

Atlanta’s culture is black culture. Black excellence is all you hear about. As far as “culture” its black culture. Atlanta is the black mecca of the country. So, if your looking for a 360 culture, go more west, or far north.

Atlanta is more black empowerment black orientated it's basically a black City. Charlotte is not black orientated. All the wealthy areas are for or white people not for black people or Black Entertainment.

Facts! I loved Atlanta’s entertainment but the dating scene is exhausting when you know it’s not going anywhere. Sadly one of the reasons I was happy to move away. Worse place to be when ur trying to settle down and be serious and start a family.

I've been in Charlotte for 3 years... most of the people I've met here aren't from here. Rent is definitely higher in Charlotte at this point. All the homes also seemed to have increased in price by like 25%....

My husband and I are a young couple raising a family we relocated to Atl from Ohio we lived in Ohio our whole life definitely wanted to do our own thing. Atl was a lil to much for us we decided to try Charlotte We are very chill just family things movies out to eat things with the kids so hopefully Charlotte will be better for us

I'm from Atlanta and moved to Charlotte... I'm a entrepreneur and make lots more money in Atlanta.. had to get a job at FedEx in Charlotte.. but the peace is nice.. but lots lots more money to be made in Atlanta.. I'm a Furniture reseller.. the money is real back at home tho & the dating life is much much better in Atlanta as well.. but I'm 44 yrs old now and I don't club or hang out so I like the slower pace in Charlotte 🤗🥰
