What happens if you are the top bidder and when you get your items you’re not happy with them or they’re not as nice as you thought they would be?

We bought this hot tub for 11k. WE picked it up on a flat bed trailer and did the install ourselves. So far so AWESOME! Down here in (the last vestige of Freedom) Florida we would have had to wait almost a year to get a Hot Springs for double the price. The Lounge is deep and great for husband and who's 6 '2.
