I like this sermon. God loves us even when we are imperfect. We need to love ourselves and accept ourselves unconditionally. We should not be too hard on ourselves. That is the key to true love, true happiness : BE YOU!

The sound is low in most of the videos. I can barely hear . Yes, what pastor Don talk is about contemplative prayer: Focus on the virtues, the goodness of God Instead of our problems. The solution, the answer will come to us from God, not from our reasoning mind that exhausts us. It is why Jesus said that He gives us His peace that surpasses all understanding. The love, peace, joy, wisdom of God prevail over all the worldly troubles.

Good evening church Family!! Please pray for the individuals and staff at Integrated Life Choices's Wheat Ridge Location. We lost one of our staff members this week! It's always a shake up whenever this happens and it's hard for us! Pray for me personally as well as I deal with the 1 year anniversary of my half sister's death! It's going to be a tough week all around. Pray that I can get rid of this negative energy around me! It's exhausting!

This is a good sermon. Not only our physical work needs to glorify God, but our thoughts, words and deeds have to reflex the character of God. In fact, thoughts are the ones who control everything. Thank you pastor.
