Hello everybody, hope you’re doing awesome out there . This is my pull workout routine that I've been following from quite a while now . There have been changes every now and then . I keep on changing the movements every now and then, but these changes are almost the same.

so hello bhai i have some quchan's so me last 3 months se gym ja raha hu and last 30-32 day se 105-110 gm protein(1900-2000 calorie) le rahu hu (72kg body weight -30-35% body fate ) and bahut slow muscle gain ho raha he is it good or bad like( vage diet he )or improvement ke liye kay kar sakta hu
how to increase the strength of the body? like lift more weight w more reps. I feel my strength is stagnant bcz tried pushing more weights but couldn't do more than 2-3 reps.
