I have always wondered who use the Mackinders route to the top, kumbe ni nyinyi.... I will have to try it now. But I have to admit you are so damn fit.
Honestly, for me the Naro Moru Route is more manageable for a day dash than the Sirimon one Descending via Sirimon has too many ascents in between (I hate ascents 😭) Thank you ✨ I value my fitness so that I can attempt challenges like this

Sometimes it takes me a week to film a tutorial. So, i usually wear sleeveless shirts so the audience cant tell hahaha Then the edits take a day or two smh I totally get you on the frustration
