Why do so many people buy an overpriced Canon 310XL? A Bell & Howell T30 XL has exactly the same features, is even smaller, has better picture quality and is only a fraction of the cost.

However, I post what I want on that channel as well. In honesty, I record for both channels. As you stated, your channel is to document your life at that moment. My suggestion for you. 1. This is your channel to have fun and document your film life. Don’t worry about us viewers and the algorithm. You can't change us or the algorithm, so why worry about either? 2. You have a digital camera and you are good with it. Shoot some short films! 3. Playlist one is your Digital film work (Sony). You have a Sony FX3. Shoot some short films! Tell me (show me) the history of your neighborhood. Don't tell me your POV, tell me the history. Include the dates, the people, their contribution, OR opposition. Make it five to ten minutes long. Did you make films in school? If so, why are they not posted? 4. Playlist two is your Analog film work. I am here for your Canon 310XL film camera. I didn’t come to your channel for Peter Mc's videos. 5. Keep your “Shorts” playlist. RUclips will be monetizing shorts starting in February 2023. 6. You stated three minutes cost approximately $120 dollars. 7. I suggest you & your team brainstorm a three-minute story to be recorded in film (use digital as B-roll). As a team of four or five, expenses are quartered. 8. Ensure you get the raw & the final edit of the project. Though I teach video production, Graphic Design, and animation in high school, I don’t dictate to my students to do it my way. Unlike most teachers, I’m no sage on a stage. I collaborate with my students. Yes, when we’re in the horror block, my kids are required to make a horror film. The same goes for Westerns, science fiction, drama, animated, romance, film noir, and documentaries. My in-class process; With a team of four students (two boys & two girls) - Each team must build a treatment - Each team must build a screenplay (script) - Each team must shoot the project - Each team must edit the project - Each team must present the project AND accept criticism from fellow students should their film suck - Complete the entire process in one week. Each project must have at least one 27X40 inch movie poster selling the film. I print and post all posters in full size in the hallway for everyone to see. All videos are posted on the school intranet for anyone in the district to view. All students start my class with an A. It’s up to the student to keep that A. It is very hard to keep an A in my class. -My favorite feel-good YT videos PLAYLIST- Why would you playlist other RUclipsr's content on your channel? They have their own channel. Yes mention them in the comment section of a particular video, but providing them an additional revenue stream on your channel is counterproductive to your personal value. Peter Mc and those other people have their own voice, I came here to hear your voice. Cheers!
