Thanks for watching and commenting! Yes, they used to operate the 777-300ER on this route. I do wonder why they switched to a much smaller aircraft. I do see they send the A330-800neo on some occasions. Let me know if you find out why.

@@contrailerI did a video about KWI AMS flight with their B777-300. The flight was almost empty with 60 or so passengers. Maybe that’s why they changed it to a smaller A320. Video can be seen on my channel.

@@contrailerDue to demand shifts, In the near future AMS will be served using A321neo and when demand increases in summer widebody.

Thanks for watching and commenting! British Airways currently flies from London Heathrow Terminal 3 to Oslo. The gates vary within the Terminal 3 as the flight departs from different gates every day. Are you connecting within Terminal 3 or are you coming from Terminal 5?

I have flown this route in economy on mainline BA from Heathrow and with BA Euroflyer from Gatwick and all i got were the infamous Jammy Dodger biscuits and a bottle of water. I havnt flown the route in economy from City Airport but i would suspect that is all they serve in Economy. Id stock up airside before boarding just in case. Let me know what they end up serving as im very curious to what their service includes!

@@contrailer ahhh that doesn’t sound promising. I am able to “choose my meal” on the app for this flight though so I do hope there is at least a sandwich. It’s not a cheap flight so it shouldn’t be a cheap experience even for economy class, given that city airport is predominantly targeting business travel. My flight is towards the end of September. I’ll return to let you know (if I don’t forget).
