Thank you. Unfortunately, I have been better. I fractured a rib and it is incredibly painful and slow to heal. I'm about 3.5 weeks in and it could take 12 to get back to normal.

I love all these but the pink is my favorite. It makes me feel optimistic. It's so creative. They all are though but that's my favorite.

There is life after death. All life is equal . All life has varying degrees of consciousness. Eg trees are not the same as a monkey. Good vid . Interesting and not some role play nonsensical gibberish for a change.

You are taking people back to an earlier time . life is complicated. You are performing a community service. So much of this video works. The pointer ,the voice the visual elements. Also as it is the day and i wasn't super sleepy i counted 91 squares. of course the trick is to fully look at the whole picture as you count.

My dad and grandad used to have racing pigeons back in the 1950s and 60s, it was a popular pastime then here in the UK, especially in the north of England. They would fly back home from 200 miles away without getting lost.

having adhd i find it hard sometimes to relax watching asmr bc of my attention being lost but i just found ur videos recently and the questions / tests / guessing etc are perfect to keep my brain engaged while still being relaxing 😊👍
