Can I please ask you something. I recently joined "The Gym Group" Tottenham Hale here in north London and have an "Ultimate membership" allowing access to other "The Gym" branches. Can I just go in to another branch of "The Gym" by using my Tottenham Hale pin number or do I have to go through some tedious online process?
Thanks. Before you visit another The Gym branch you log on to your membership account and select which additional gyms you would like access to and your current PIN will give you access. Hope that helps!

Hi I'm starting the gym yet haven't visited yet. Im anxious about the pods to enter the gym. I am over 350lb and very large... I'm scared I won't fit in the pod as it only looks small
Hello there, I understand your concern. The gym has a wider door entrance for added accessibility. When you sign up to the gym you can tick that box that says you require access through this accessibility door. I hope this helps you and well done for taking your first steps towards a fitter you! @@coachgordonso Thanks for your response. I feel a little embarrassed to use that door. Would you say it's unlikely I will fit into the pod doors? Obviously if I have no choice I will use the wider entrance but it sounds like it's going to be embarrassing entering the gym

Yes of course. There are always fitness trainers available to show you how to use the gym equipment safely and effectively. Once you are a gym member you can book an induction to cover this in even better detail.

Hello Brother..do you think this machine is good enough for lat pulldown in comparison to traditional one's?
Great question! Both this machine and the traditional lat pulldown are beneficial in different ways. This one allows your elbows to pull deeper down thus letting you contract your lat muscles more instead of hitting your chest with the pulldown bar. Also diverging pulldown allows you to work on individual sides which traditional cannot. Traditional lat pulldowns allow you to do Reverse Grip pulldowns which Diverging cannot. Hope this helps. So that Got me curious But don't you think..On Diverging pulldown the range of motion is kind of limited than the traditional ones especially people who are tall like me. I am 5'10""?

Is there a wait time for the pin to activate? I just used mine to no avail.
If you have just set up your account it will be about an hour or so before the PIN is activated
You probably won't reply to this, but I'm considering moving gyms, the gym group is in my local area, only problem is that I have no clue how the sign up works. Can I just sign up one night and then go straight away once the payment is taken from my account or? How does it work? Also how much is a locker? As the accent was a bit strong. Any help would be great I've tried calling and heard nothing
Hi friend, if you're looking to join this Gym Group West End, log on to thegymgroup.com website, choose Join Gym.... Pick Glasgow West End (or one that's closest to you) then follow the sign up process. If you are looking for a one-off use of the gym then look for the Day Pass option. Otherwise it is a monthly rolling direct debit you'll need.

Love 21s my primary shoulder warm up exercise to get the blood flowing. Then I do shoulder press, and shoulder flys and reverse flys.

@@coachgordonso HI----I've had some soreness in the past. i started off with a 40 dumbell and dropped to a 25 dumpbell, with the 25, not as sore but still some soreness
@@BRIANDER100 I think the weight used might be too heavy and your wrists hurt due to that. Using a lighter weight should cause less strain on your wrist joints.

Hi there, have you ever tried Baker Henistole's suggestion? Googlee him if you're frustrated and just wish to have a flat carved chest with out have to undergo 6 months of training. It's all natural, and you can get results within 30 days or perhaps less.
