I think you're good because the upper weight limit that these companies set does not mean that's the max load that the scooter can take. they're only giving you a max safe weight cap. you're still under that weight cap so it's ok in my opinion. you can also contact them to confirm.

Hi Philip! It took me several days of practicing how to ride this thing before going to the streets. Just like riding a bike, once you get the feel of it you won't wobble anymore.

you're right! this is a perfect fit for busy roads but just be very careful coz one false move you may get into an accident.

hey Daniel! sorry late response. would say about 15 miles. but it depends on many factors like road inclinem type of road (if it is smooth vs rocky, etc.), weight of the rider, temperature, etc. this is also great in subways. very handy transportation "device" lol just expect a lot of heads turning your way and people asking questions about it. hehe

depends on your area. but i would say about 8 hours if it is really hot outside.

i could not agree more. having this scooter makes you appreciate everything around you vs being in a car.

Hey there! I think the Citi bikes are faster in a sense that you can manually increase your speed being that it’s a manual bike. For this scooter, you can’t really adjust the speed even when going on a downhill. The motors restrict your speed to the speed limit of about 15 miles per hour. Compared to the Citi bike this is still hands down the most convenient ride for short distances (about 10 miles range depending on a lot of factors). The scooter fits on the foot space on NJ transit buses but it is a little inconvenient. I usually would put it between my legs standing up while I sit on the bus. This way you can control the scooter and it is not annoying to your seatmate. Hope this helps with your decision and thanks for watching!

It’s best to clean every after use but honestly it is so much work. Having a couple of people helping you would be best. Mold will eventually build up on the pipeline if you don’t clean it and dry it well after use.

Hi there! I like it based on price, the ability to carry it with no problems on buses and subways and the fact that you can roll it like a dolly so you really don’t have to carry it. Plus I like that it folds nicely too. The only downside is the slow speed and bumpiness you feel while riding it. So if you are a daily commuter who rides the bus and subway but still need more distance walking to your work then this is perfect for you. But if you don’t need a compact scooter you can definitely buy the more expensive ones that have speed and comfort combined. The downside of those is the weight and being bulky when folded.

Yes but don’t use the slide too much or the seams might rip. I’m about 180 lbs and it can handle my weight.

it's not the best EUC out there. and it wobbles a lot because NY streets are so bumpy but it's a good choice for starting out.
