I stopped watching when this idiot took over. It started well, but then went slowly downhill with each progressing season. It became obvious and formulaic, and how the director can say it's "unpredictable", god only knows. Anybody with half a brain can work it out in the first five minutes. Sorry, but this one jumped the tuna a long time back.

With each new year I have look more and more forward to each new season.

Love the show. Just one niggle. Could Neville please put that damn satchel down when he is indoors. Nobody, especially in an office walks around with them over the shoulder. Could incorporate into the show that he leaves it lying around the office and the staff in exasperation move it to his desk.
