When is explorer ever gonna learn? Step into the millennium. Upgrade the dash to led or amolde screen. Give more feed back to the driver from the from the dash via hand control or voice. Get rid of the twelve cup holders, big issue. Looks stupid having 2 holders per seat. Who has two drinks in a vehicle? Maybe upgrade to heated and chilled cup holders. Replace those areas with charging pads, cubbys and tablet/phone holders. Upgrade the leds so that they're color changing, dimmable from the dash via dial and music syncing. Get rid of the blue ray, gaming hook ups and just go with a wifi streaming tv. No one plays an xbox in their van anymore. Everyone is on a phone or tablet. Stop making the rear sofa/bed bumpy. If someone's gonna lay on it, they want it to be flat. Put more storage in the top, either rear, sides or both. Some place to store a blanket and a pillow for long drives. Get with it explorer. Question say that someone already owns a van and you guys support the conversion since it’s model you already do can they send it in to have a conversion done or does it have to be a new one

I wish you guys would do something geared to the single traveler/camper with a bed, fridge, AC and storage while also keeping the luxury components. The only thing that comes close is a nice Class B but that's more than I want or need.

so cant find a finished weight. You dont bother upgrading brakes to handle the extra weight, and you put crap wheels and tire s on it that cant handle towing weight. Yeah, I guess ill pass.

Great video, even though it is already 4 years old. I do not know if you guys from Explorer Conversions are still listening. I just bought a 2013 Chevy 7 Passenger High Top Explorer Van Conversion with 41000 miles. This van has been in Southern California all its life. The paint (silver) on the top is flaking off. Since one can not park these vans in a regular garage one can blame the California sun for this. Interestingly, though, all other paint surfaces of the van are fine. It’s only the roof that you guys painted. However, what disappoints more, is the fact that the seat upholstery and also the trims at the bottom of the windows show extreme flaking. What is going on here with this leather? I realize that I am complaining about a 9-year old vehicle, but where is the quality you are claiming in your presentation about?

Explorer van did our 2018 Mercedes Metris conversion, and it's absolutely beautiful. It's the perfect roadtrip vehicle for us, and fits in our garage! These guys are wonderful to work with. And we felt the pricing was very fair. Thank you!

Had a 2005 GMC with the Explorer Limited SE package. Most comfortable cruising vehicle ever. I had a small 400 watt inverter as well as a 48 quart Coleman 12 volt cooler for it. Mine had a 27 inch screen with a DVD & VCR with surround sound. Let you kids bring their blankets & pillows, don't let them eat or drink for the first 2 hours. After that a 4 hour gas & bathroom stop and back out on the road for comfortable cruising. Can't say enough good things about it.

Looking to purchase an explorer van used- if I ever have to fix anything conversion related, can I bring the van out to you guys to make sure it gets done right?
