I do feel numbness on my thoracic cage. Can you please suggest some exercises for the relief.
Why does a B12 and Vitamin D deficiency happen together? Not that it always does, however, in my case why do they go hand in hand?

After I survived cancer & chemotherapy 14 years ago I have suffered with neuropathy, with little or no understanding from the medical profession. I wasn’t even told it was neuropathy, but sought insight from the internet. There seems to be more understanding nowadays, I was really touched by your personal story about wanting to help alleviate your mother’s suffering. Westchase Therapy is a great place to help with exercises and therapy. I met John Magee personally, he knows what he's talking about. He help me a lot with problems I had in my neck and lower back. Not just that he makes you feel comfortable, he keeps you laughing. I highly recommend Westchase Therapy .
