Pink wire worked for me, thanks. Also in my case the pink wire on the connector was blank on the same pin on the other side connector.

For those questioning what this is, the small red box at the beginning of the video is a canbus (car information) control unit. Most android head units need one to get steering wheel controls, A/C controls, etc to work correctly. The wires were put into the wrong holes back at the factory in China.

this isn’t correct. You’re having the same issue I am. You’ve selected the canbus and it says on the information “disconnected” and then you couldn’t select the amp. Am I selecting the wrong canbus protocol and that’s why it says disconnected and doesn’t quite work right?
