True xocolatl is created with cacao not cocoa. Cocoa has no health benefits due to high heat and being refined. Id switch to cacao

Latke Recipes This Latke recipe is from www.food.com/recipe/potato-pancakes-quick-version-354683 I’ve added a few notes Latkes - The Cheaters Way (please don’t tell my Uncle Max) INGREDIENTS: 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns - I use one bag of Trader Joe’s Hash browns ½ cup onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced 2 tablespoons milk 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt vegetable oil I find that olive oil burns at the high heat so I don’t use it for this recipe Directions: Place hash browns in a strainer and rinse with cold water until thawed (skip if they are already thawed). Drain thoroughly I place potatoes in a dish towel and squeeze out the excess water; transfer to a large bowl. Add onion, parsley, milk, eggs, flour and salt; mix well. In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1/4 inches of oil. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Makes about 16 pancakes. Serves 8. Notes: Several people commented on the web site that they add some cheese. I’ve tried it with fresh parmesan, and it was delicious. Best reheated in oven or toaster oven. I put mine in the toaster oven and cook on the toast setting   Applesauce 4 apples, peeled, cored and chopped ¾ cup water ¼ cup brown sugar (or less) ½ tsp ground cinnamon (If I have any, I also throw in a fresh cinnamon stick) Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Boil. Continue to simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes (until apples are soft). Allow to cool. Pulse in the food processor until you get the desired consistency. I like mine a bit chunky, Tomatillo-Apple Salsa This recipe is from this website: www.saveur.com/zucchini-latke-recipe/ • 5 tomatillos, husks removed, rinsed If you make ½ batch use 3 • 2 tart green apples, cored and roughly chopped • 1 jalapeño, stemmed, seeded, and roughly chopped • 3 cilantro sprigs If cilantro tastes like soap to you leave it out • 1⁄4 large yellow onion, roughly chopped • 2 tbsp. agave nectar I’ve also used maple syrup instead • kosher salt In a food processor or blender, pulse all the ingredients together until slightly chunky and season with salt.

I am the proud recipient of Jeanne's Chocolate Chip Cookies in the past and can definitely say that they are without a doubt the best I've ever had. It was fun to watch this. I didn't know about the paper sack, but it does make sense. Thanks for doing this and for sharing.
