Namaste, I’m doing research on temples of South East Asia, hence the time period. Also, every hostel almost has AC facility in Chiang Rai. I would recommend 3-5 days for Chiang Rai. You can search for places to visit in Chiang Rai on sites like Holidify, Tripadvisor etc.

Thank you, Carry USD, when I was there, I faced huge issues with my Indian currency, their banks were not exchanging INR. So please convert your cash to the USD , as it’s widely accepted there . Also, don’t exchange a single dollar at the airport, the rates over there are beyond low. Please get the currency exchange from the locals outside the airport arena.

I’ve mentioned about the Buddhist Viharas , I think you don’t understand Hindi and it’s fine . I’ve read the Mahavamsa, the Deepavamsa as well as texts like the Ashokavadana also ! I’ve also highlighted the architectural magnificence of the gardens of Sigirya and it’s excellent water management system . I can’t throw a pompous splendour of my so called knowledge in a time bound video. This video is a Vlog of mine , rather than a podcast . The Ramayana may be a myth for few , it’s not myth for us ! Your previous comments are also highly misleading and full of hate ! A true Buddhist never puts down other faiths/ showcases the superiority of his/ her own religion. There are several sects in Buddhism as well ; like the Theravada, the Hinayana; the Mahayana ; the Vajrayana and so on. During the Mauryan times , there were more than 24 Buddhist sects, few became popular, few lost their prominence due to the passage of time and other factors. Before calling someone’s opinions or facts as irrelevant or RUBBISH (in your words) , get the facts checked properly and first of all, learn the proper etiquette to even debate! Your previous comments are enough to prove your so called vast knowledge about your own scriptures and others also ! Be respectful and use the words carefully without your hate mongering thoughts( calling other religions as trivial and inferior) ! Read the Buddhist texts yourself first and then prove the superiority of your religion. Your previous comments are the perfect testimony of your grandiosity !

Also, you mentioned Buddhism has nothing to do with Hinduism , right ? You called Buddhism as a RELIGION which is supreme to Hinduism, right ? Hinduism is all about fearing God and nothing else , right ? Well, to teach you in your language only, BUDDHISM doesn’t believe in the existence of any GOD / AATMA ( soul ) . Shakyamuni Buddha simply denied the existence of God and never considered himself as THE ONE ! According to his teachings only, howcome then He is supreme to other Gods ( of any other religion) . Buddhism, just like the Sanatan, is a way of living life, rather than arguing about the supremacy of the Divinity ! Same goes for Jainism as well. I’m doing research on these syncretic beliefs only from past 12 years ! Don’t consider yourself to be on that pedestal who knows everything and has the right to demean other’s faiths . Hindus worship the Buddha also! We revere the 24 Jaina Tirthankaras also, not for their spiritual prowess only, but they revolutionised many things in the society; the very society which was suffering from untouchability, casteism , patriarchy, inequality and so many things. The Indian Constitution is a clear derivative of Buddhist / Hindu / Jaina principles. We see all 3 as one broadly ! We don’t consider the Jaina Tirthankaras were any less than the Buddha or Buddha as any less than our Gods like Shiva/ Vishnu/ Aadishakti ! Hope you understand the oneness in this plurality.
