I just did this repair on an 05 LeSabre the accumulator pistons were severely worn with the pins. I replaced the pistons pins and gasket along with this shift kit and it was a night and day difference in shift quality. The longest shift from 1-2 was 2.3 seconds! factory shift times are 0.3 seconds now my shift times are back down to normal.

Haynes Manuel for a 2003 LeSabre says 96 inch pounds for transaxle pan bolts, so 97 inch pounds or 8 foot pounds sounds reasonable.

Put strut braces front and rear on my 2002 GTP. Most noticeable difference was much reduced body noise. Seemed to respond a bit more precisely to steering input.

I appreciate the video just did this on my 03 Buick LeSabre it was shifting hard and sometimes slipping when accelerating from a stop it was easy before you do I recommend putting trans tune and drive alot for a few days then drain the fluid feels like a new car now haven't had any hard shifts or slipping
