Hi, I'm sorry. Where I can find the petroleum base ?
this was super helpful! I did a course for nano fusion brows and they didn't go this into depth with choosing colours, so thank you so much! watching other videos now on other fitzpatricks! <3
Thank you so much for your work! I find it very helpfull
Thank you!!
yea of course it was easy. the lady already had microbladed eyebrows. 🤔
Well, this industry which I have worked in and loved for many years has changed so much. Semi Permanent Make Up and Micro blading is extremely popular and has many positives, however there are so many people jumping into this aspect of Beauty primarily on the basis of it being a lucrative business....which is very true and also the way in which these companies promote their training courses which is very problematic and such focus leads to the paying client being viewed predominantly with money as the main focus secondary to their real needs, as I have seen so many people being encouraged to have this done when in my professional opinion, this was not needed. BTW, I am Michelle Phillips of ( eyebrowsframeyourface.com ). Additionally to this, although people that go on these courses do have to have official Beauty Qualifications whereby reasonable knowledge of skin physiology and practical skills are at a good level, however, this is totally different and I must warn people that these very expensive courses are 'quick pass courses' where 'THEY' will make sure that you tick boxes , cross the T's and dot the I's. And even though you will have additional insurance to go on these 'quick pass' courses , remember it is also in the insurance companies favour to be in on the advocating of these courses as of course, their getting paid all day long too !! You will be sold the dream of what is achievable in terms of financial gain and you will be taught all the principles of practice etc....BUT and it's a big BUT......you won't really be that skilled as practice is paramount and takes time. but they want you in and out going through that turn style at a steadily fast pace !!! And yes they will all tell you that 'WERE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU IF YOU NEED ANY HELP' after the course. But trust me, not one of them are going to give you any further support for free. I asked my trainer if I could sit in and take notes and watch to learn 'tricks of the trade' after I qualified (yes qualified only on paper) but it was a closed door, I was also told by another practitioner who I just wanted to sit in and watch that... " well, I've only been doing it for 5 years, so I've still got loads to learn" !!!...Well she knew a lot more than me and could have helped but hey ho !! In other words...GO AWAY AND DONT BOTHER ME !! Believe me, if your thinking of going into Semi Permanent Make Up, I would advise everybody to give these shiney big name companies a very very wide burth and go to a proper College and do a course over a reasonable time period so you can learn all the ins and outs and most importantly you will gain the right level of confidence to really pursue a career in this area, because remember you are opening the skin and inserting pigment which lasts a good while and so if your not at a great level, your work will not be good for your client or your reputation as you are only as good as your last job and all clients are your advertisements, no matter who you are or how long you've been practicing. I speak from my professional experience. They are mainly only interested in your money and then throwing you out to produce under Parr work, but they don't care because theirs no refunds and any mistakes are not their problem. This to me is highly unethical of them and in turn will further produce a bad perspective for the industry. I've always said that greed eventually always turns in on its self and their is one company that I am aware of that has several training levels in SPMU e.g. the cheapest course is a couple of thousand and you will learn so much and then to learn a bit more you will pay more and so on and so forth. I can't be sued because what I am saying is absolutely true and can be proven. When I was on my course and asked my trainer if she would let a newly qualified SPMU Technician do her brows, she laughed and said "NO" . well there you go. So pls steer clear and go on a lengthy course. Don't give these greedy companies your hard earned / saved cash as you won't get what you pay for, no matter how high end or shiney they appear, they don't care about you, only your money honey going deep in to their pockets. If you wish to ask me any questions then go to my website and feel free to call me. Thanks Michelle
That might be true. All of it. It's a machine making money. But to be honest too, What you are buying when training with those big companies is the reputation they have which may be of huge help in the marketing department. For example the "Phi". I had my brows done by one of the "craft masters" (supposedly super experienced since she gives workshops too). I was disappointed in her professionalism. The result was OK but not perfect and probably could have been cheaper by other phi artist. However, for me "it had to be Phi brows" because they make a lot of noise in all social medias. They show their superb results (fresh, not healed) and you fall into the trap. Well, I'm almost 40, have a masters degree in product design, sadly unused because I'm a SAHM. After my kinda disappointing experience with that (very successful) brow artist. I got curious, because I believe (and really hope) I can do it better. So, I'm taking a course in PMU with KB Pro because I love the results of their ex-students, I do need a flexible job, also lucrative, still creative where somehow I can apply what I know about esthetics, balance, shape and color and I'm fully aware that I have to "use" and benefit from their reputation. If a company is doing all that in marketing, trust me, that's great help for beginners to get customers and therefore practice till perfection. Otherwise how when going back to school from 8 to 3pm is not a possibility?? If someone is REALLY interested in learning this properly, they will research like I'm doing it. Looking for tips in all three languages I know. Taking online courses of the same "procedure" over and over to compare and improve, crossing borders like I will, and keep learning from the best. now I know that I had to look for "healed" after pictures while looking for a microblading technician or any PMU artist. I know that the consultation had to be better, that before even touching a face, I have to know how to correct any damage done (therefore other courses and skills beyond one company) I will take 2 different microblading courses in different institutions because one will give me the reputation in the market and the discrete, almost unknown PMU artist giving the other microblading course will teach me quality since she's so "anal" and detailed obsessed as I am (and she has great healed results). My point is, what they offer is not bad, rarely 1 company will teach you EVERYTHING you need. Maybe it's something I learned from my other profession, you can't create an amazing design using only 1 software: you sketch in one, 3d model in other, print a 3d model in other and do the renderings and presentation in other 2 or 3. You mix a lot, so I'll mix "companies" here the same way, I'll take the best they offer. Sorry my answer is this long.
Love how detailed your videos are! Very helpful
❤️❤️😘😘
Love watching you lovely girls do little things like this! So much fun and also learning how to play with the colours ❤️❤️😘😘

Karen Betts Professional yeah I always laugh with them ❤️
Oh dear that’s not good! I’m sorry to hear that Jen .
Can’t wait to book for training 😘
Don't do it 😒
Jen mua why you say that?
I’ve done the training at this school. Spent £10000, some of my cohort spent up to £13000 and out of our group of ten only about 2 of us are practicing technicians. The market is saturated with technicians fighting for work. They train too many students and considering the amount that students spend on their training the school should be more mindful of this, but they make promises of you earning thousands every year and it just doesn’t materialise. Feel like I wasted £10000 and I know many other students feel exactly the same way. So think very carefully before you decide to spend that amount of money.

como consigo essa requa
Magda Pereira las tienen en Amazon o en los estados los 🇺🇸.
i have a question, can u tell me what are the differences between using organic pigments and inorganic?
Hi, Organic dyes are derived from living matter (containing the carbon molecule) Benefits: - Bright colours - Can last in skin longer (but will still fade!) Disadvantages: - Poor to good stability - Increased risk of allergies Inorganic pigments are derived from non-living matter (not containing the carbon molecule). They both come in natural and synthetic forms. Benefits: - Very stable - Non-toxic - Bleed resistant - No known allergic reactions Disadvantages: • Dull • Lack brightness • Can fade more quickly • Low tint strength
can u tell me approximately for how long each one lasts
quero essa requa como consequir?
