こんにちは。いつも動画をご覧いただきありがとうございます。 抱えている苦しいことを打ち明けてくれてありがとうございます。とても、怖いですよね。 きっと、私が想像もできないくらいに。 実体験ではないことを偉そうに言うのは何だか性に合わないので、私なりの苦しいことの乗り越え方を伝えてみますね。 いつかの私は完璧主義で、だらしなく過ぎてしまう自分がとても嫌いな時がありました。 今思うと完璧って何だ？って話なのですが。 今頑張っていることって正しいのかな？ なんて疑ってしまって、出来ることは着実に 一歩ずつ増えているのに、むしろ今現在が 間違っている気すらしてしまって落ち込んで、 誰かに会うにも心そこにあらずと言いますか、 何か分からない不安、そんな何か分からないものにもどかしくなった時もありました。 そんな時に、友人からふと言われた 自分の人生、自分でデザインしなよ。 いいね。君には選択肢が沢山あるんだ。 絶対叶えるんだよ。 辛くなるといつもこの言葉を思い出します。 選択肢が沢山あるということは 完璧主義っていうありもしない固定概念と どんな選択肢も100点を取らなきゃ！なんていう、余白の無さに私が私自身を閉じ込めていたんだな〜と気が付きました。 100点を取るためにマイナスに目を向けてしまっていたと言いますか。 私の描く人生は、私がデザインしたいから 不器用ながらでも、80点だとしても、 私を愛してあげようって思ったんです。 それだけで、 今の怖さよりも、今の愛おしさに 目を向けていられる気がするんです。 長くなってしまいましたが 何が言いたいかって言うと 私が描く、私の人生のデザインの中に 今目の前にある怖さよりも、 今目の前にある愛おしさを描きたいって思うこと。怖さが無くなるだなんて、無責任なことは言えませんが。そうしてあげるだけでも どこか、心に棲みついた怖さという色味が 柔和になってくれる気がするんですよね。 誘ってくれる友人や家族のこと、 きっと今は今だけだから、過ぎる日常の中で 当たり前が当たり前ではなくなる前に 会いたいと思う人に会ってみてください。 それだけでも、愛おしさをくれるはずです。 不穏な気持ちに少しでも色を差してくれるはずです。 壁を乗り越えるのではなく、 壁の色を塗り替える。 そんな日が訪れますように。 長くなって申し訳ないですが、 こんなこと言ってたな〜だなんて思い出して ふふっと、笑える日が来ますように。 どうしても落ち込んでしまう時はこの長文をスクロールして、長いよ！！って心でツッコミを入れながら笑ってください。どうぞよろしくお願いします。

@@vlog-ryu RYUさん、本当にありがとうございます。 涙が出ました。これほどまでに真摯にお言葉をいただけるなんて、思ってもいませんでした。確かに私も自分で言うのも何ですが、完璧を求めてしまい、自分を苦しめることが多いです。でもRYUさんのご友人の「デザインしなよ」という言葉、本当に心がふっと軽くなりました。 80%でもいいから自分でデザインした自分自身に誇りを持って、今ある幸せに目を向けてゆこうと思えました。 RYUさんが素敵な考え方をお持ちの方なので、ご友人たちも本当に素敵な方々なのですね。 私も、皆さんのように自分の経験を活かして誰かを励ますきっかけになれるような、そんな存在になりたいと思うことができました。
