I feel you like I can remoisturize well enough without shampooing midweek. I think as long as you aren't heavy-handed with product and especially if you use silicone free products, water can reactivate the emoliients and humenctants in your products...maybe can even add a light refresher spray with humectants if you don't have too much premature build up...

Washing twice per week? What styles do you normally do? I don't usually like my hair on day 1 because it is fine and low density. I usually like it around day 3 or 4. I think it is long enough to put in a low pony. I may have to try this style with extensions.
