      @All About DIY yeah once I tried the fake background, I immediately tore it off and zip tied all my cords/hoses together just to keep the clutter down. My biggest tank I've ever had was a 90 gallon. I had a 90 gallon Asian tank. A 55 convict cichlid tank and a 36 bow live bearer community tank. Now I have nothing up right now because I'm looking for a place but it's like having a dog. I can't see myself without having a dog and fish.

    Hi bro can i expect to grow Out my small chichlids in these small setups? I want to put like 20 different kind of selected chichlids. Nd grow em into their max size. So my question is is it possible to grow that big in this tank?

    • @allaboutdiy1375
      @allaboutdiy1375 Год назад

      Absolutely, it all depends on the size of the tote, the type of fish and also how many fish you put it. For example, if I wanted to grow out Oscar’s in a 275 gallon tote like this one I would get 4 or 5 as babies and feed them 3 times a day with high protein foods. If you wanted to grow out jack dempseys you could get 10 or so. It all depends on the full grown size of the fish really. The more space they have and the amount of quality food they get determines how fast they grow.

    Use the metric system: 1 cubic decimeter holds 1 liter of water. Length x width x height remove 3 ceros and that’s the liters. A 100 x 20 x 30 cm tank can hold 60, and since the average density of water is 1, then 60 liters are roughly gonna weight 60 kilos.
