@@Ru_thik_ăn_cọu I think that can be ok but the candy can be a little less chewy ❤️
I have no idea how the plastic wrap fails to melt. Grease the pyrex, or use parchment maybe or a silpat. People need to keep in mind that hot sugar can be dangerous. I like to use a pan with a spout so there's better control with pouring. I guess the cream softens the toffee? Sounds delicious for sure.
