In particular, I can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that his claim to authorship of "The Raven" was merely a public scam, the real author having been Mathew Franklin Whittier, younger brother of Quaker poet John Greenleaf Whittier. Mathew had based it on a real-life occurrence in December of 1841, publishing it under the pseudonym "(blank) Quarles" in the February, 1845 edition of "American Review." Poe simply scooped it by three days in the daily newspaper he worked for, the NY "Evening Mirror," stripping out Mathew's pseudonym and replacing it with his own name.

Secretariat was a machine, I remember seeing a replay on all 3 triple crown 👑 races back in Trinidad 🇹🇹 them days you have to see the replay, we couldn't get it live, like nowadays, I seen the best race horse on planet earth, believe it or not, from NYC

I went to the ole Garden twice. Once to see Disney on Ice haha and the second my Dad took me to a Celtics game. Must have been 1990-1992 timeframe. Can't remember the exact date. I was so young and I barely remember sitting down next to what I thought was brick? Could have been a support for the balcony above. I think we were corner on the lower level. I remember the drive home, laying down in the backseat staring up at the moon. That's all I can remember of that night at the Garden.

What wonderful memories he has and how fortunate he was to experience interaction with Secretariat. He was so so special. He's like a vitamin to me. I watch him everyday. There will never be another. I think he was the most famous horse ever. And the most beautiful

What a privilege that he had to be around the great Secretariat ! I love hearing the stories and still get chills and tears watching his huge Belmont victory. All three of his races were so magnificent but obviously, the Belmont was the race of races !

They finished the series a little while back and I miss it every day. The finale of the series was one of the best youtube films I've ever seen. They're currently producing other WW2 short films and considering starting another film series.
