JDM taillights. Nice
dude remove the throttle body
I’ll trade you my 08 accord for this lmao 😂 I love wagons. Didn’t even know they made this
@@RandomAuto12 yep they are around. Parts are getting expensive tho.
I had the same issue with the heim joints and the steering wheel, I found dielectric grease on the ring helps with the noise a lot and you can get just the joints from innovate or look the thread pitch and the bolt hole size and can order it that way also. I would also recommend looking into link ecu g4x plugin obd1 they are a great ecu for a decent price. Keep up the good work man!
Thank. I will try the dielectric grease to see if that help. But I most likely will still get a new traction bar if I find them on sale.
Hows steering feedback with the electric ps?
I replaced this... still got cold air blowing out the driver side vents with ac setting at full hot... what now?
@mrau92me the video shows all the steps to take. First one being taking the actuator off and manual flipping the valve on the hvac to see if that change the air from cold to hot.
To push the pin in do I have key in on or acc?
@@tyronemillions4794 key in on the first turn.
Look in the glove box, or on the side of the glove box for the radio code, or in behind the ashtray.
I was able to get the code from the dealership.
Came from your post on FB nice pick bro
@Delight.AutoCRAFT Thanks alot.
Got an IG page for the build?
@red.2jz yes it's ajimports2. Currently has my awd accord build. But I am starting to upload more of the tsx wagon build on it
Hey, just an FYI you have the pump installed the wrong way, the centre of the pump is the inlet and this should be sucking form the bottom of the radiator.
@alexhockey8215 i checked with davis craig and as long as it's getting a water feed with no air it's OK to run.
@@AJIMPORTS I'm the engineer at Davies craig. Installing the pump so it pumps the wrong way is not really ok for several reasons. apart from pumping water the wrong way through he radiator (witch typically doesn't work as well) you are also reversing flow the cooling system from the factory design. In my experience when a pump is installed the wrong way it results in overheating or cooling issues.
The factory design is water from the thermostat flows into the bottom of the radiator. Then up to the top of the radiator and into the head. Then to the block and back to the thermostat. So far no issue with cooling since I reverse the flow. I would like to have it the factory way. But once I do more upgrades I will revisit the set up. The pump is physically too large to place it anywhere else that looks presentable.
@@AJIMPORTS The factory system has what is know as an intake or cold side thermostat, this means the thermostat is on the cold side of the system the flow through the system is still sucking cold water from the bottom of the radiator. 99% of all factory cooling system will suck cold water from the bottom of the radiator. having the pump where it current is it fine you just need to flip it so it is pumping the right way, you might be able to do this by putting a 90 elbow on the pump inlet and the radiator.
💪💪 I have owned 4 cb7 accords. All of them I h22a swapped. None of them I turbo’d. Nice work man 💪
Here from the Facebook group. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for this thing. Are wagons v6 only?
Wagons are not v6. They only come k24. If they came v6 that would of been great.
Nice what a way to start the year off
Hell yeah
Got mines replace at 116k miles
fuck yeah bro this is lit, i hope i get to do this one day
@Cassandra. it got easier with s1 built making a awd kit.
These are such good videos this is the exact thing I wanna watch when I can’t wrench 🔧
@ronaldknoll2468 thanks. Keep posted i have a new series dropping Sunday.
amazing video but what did you use to pull im the brass support out? Have an 06 Acura tl with this exact issue but it js won’t start , when I turn the key all the way they’re nothing at all
@Gio-fh9vo have to check if your starter is messed up or damage. You can use anything to pull, a tree, car anything. As long as the frame rail not damage. You can always cut the rad support and install a new one.
@ is there a way I can send a couple videos to you and let me know what’s the best thing I can do?
@Gio-fh9vo ajimports2 on Instagram
seems like its working right! get that alignment, make sure your radius rod bushings are fresh. you'll be all over the place if they're worn out
@@eddominates once spring hits. Plan to review the suspension and make changes. Looking into a new traction bar also
What trans do you use for awd?!?
@@abused.cg5 h2b with crv transmission
@ that’s fucking awesome bro!
Super cool!
Nice work!! Keep it up bro!! CB7 gang💪🏼
Man It would be so hard for me to put the car away for the winter LoL So good to see her on the road! It's almost that time!
Haha well sorry to disappoint. Once spring hits more upgrades are coming and fast. I'm keeping things simple this time around. She will be tuned and on the road This summer.
this is such a good build brother.
@93DeeLocGaming thanks. Slowly trying to clean it up.
Love everything your doing
@Cb7_nathan_9293 thanks. I have upgraded the power steering. Check the channel for the new videos
@AJIMPORTS i have trust me look me up on my ig . I am right behind you and a few others. CB7_Nathan_9293
The ft550 will do you perfect for now. And with the harness last I checked was like 1500 which ain’t bad. But I need you to put a heat shield under the passenger rear axle above that exhaust to keep from burning your diff and axle up. And then replace the brake lines. I saw that union lol. 😂
Can't lie i was focus on other parts but I will redo the exhaust. Car too loud for my liking. Also do a brake tuck to clean up the bay. Lots on the list for spring
@ ok good cuz safety is a must these days. People aren’t taught to drive anymore. Really even being a turbo car it’s loud? Damn. That resonance I hear in the video sucks ass. My exhaust does it too. Only at certain rpm though.
what's the trans setup?
@marco3392 stock on the test drive. I upgraded. Before it was h2b with crv transmission. Waiting for spring to install the few h22 transmission
Godzilla killer
If you don’t wanna do yourself but wanna save money. At least buy the OEM spark plugs online because it’ll be much cheaper than dealer since they will charge 3 times the price. If you want to save even more money, change the front 3 yourself and then you only have to pay for the labor cost for the back row spark plugs. My sister’s car went from $1700 to $500. Since Her back row spark plugs and ignition coils went bad.
Doing all that one-handed man that was impressive
Let's go
Good video but can you put in the title the size of the engine ? Thanks
Ok 👍
@AJIMPORTS . Thanks 👍
Hell yea. Baby steps
Nice work!!
What ecu did you run with the N.A. h22? Looking for a cheap ecu to run a stock h22 obd1
@@ronaldknoll2468 na or turbobi used the hondata s300 v2. It's cheaper than the v3 because it is not Bluetooth or has flex fuel. This is installed in the oem vtec ecu obd1
Hello, "AJ Imports" I was analyzing your channel and saw that in your channel have some problem, That's why your channel is not much growing and not getting much engagement, If you can solve these problems, Your channel will grow like a storm. If you tell I can tell these problems. Where can I tell? Here or ig or where?
I’m having an issue where the mode selection motor keeps breaking on my 03 coupe. Can move the doors freely by hand. Any suggestions?
Are you using a oem unit. I used aftermarket and it broke so I went oem. Or it can be that something is stuck inside hvac box that's causing pressure on the arm when it's trying to select the mood.
@ OEM, I’m going to see about checking the vents to make sure nothing is stuck inside.
Will this fit on my 1999 accord?
@@preludeonboost should fit as long as you can weld it to the length you need
Man it’s looking better and better each time.
Engine bay is looking really good!
Thanks. Now if I could only find a tucked engine harness that works
Literal running your own race. 👍
Just trying to build something i can be proud of when I pop the hood.
Where's your overflow tank?
@t.j2881 it's on order. Have to find a spot to install it.
Cerakote definitely help to keep the heat and protect your mani and rear housing from rusting. Got my charged pipe cerakoted to prevent heat transfer to the incoming air. Works good coz l did a little experiment on it. Cerakote is way better than the thermal tape in my conclusion.
@sagittnet2158 i might do the down pipe also and still wrap it. For some reason this engine bay holds in lots of heat.
Nice
What parts did you use for the swap? Did you stick to the crv/wagon swap or did you use something else?
Crv parts. The build is recorded on the channel.
Idk where you’re paying 400 an arm arm cuz I can find both arms and links for 200-250. 300 gets you inner and outer tie rods too shoot. Hell 500 gets you all the suspension up front. Cuz I know you have to be a bit mad you did this job 2 times when a new arm would have been in and out.
@RandomAuto12 yes it was a pain to do double work. But had to get done. Normally I get moog arms. But lately their stuff sucks. And it was 400 for oem arm. When dealing with ball joints I try to stay oem if I can.
Good video. DIY is always a learning process for me.
I do the same thing. Watch a lot of DIY video. Never know when te the information will be handy.
Man working on a lift is so much better of a ball game. Like all that work you did is like 1 hour or less. Hell I don’t even take the tires off some rears to do shocks
@RandomAuto12 if I had access to a lift. Trust me I would be using one.
