Unifi of TM is a very shitty GLC, It is an embarrassment to the Malaysian people. Take this for an example, if you are now on unifi and you're sick and have to work from home and suddenly late for 1 month of 1 freaking bill. 1 WEEK late. They will CUT your service with no notice WHATSOEVER. I`ve tested it twice to confirm. What a pig. No wonder Malay working there is stupid, their leader has no customer perspective, no customer service at all, We have all had these problems for over fifteen years now, no one was bright enough to solve it? They are thugs that running the show. No law whatsoever. I need fibre due to work environment, been with them over 2 years now, and I recently found out that the fibre infrastructure can also be used with maxis and other providers that provide FTTH. I hope the new leadership will do something drastic to this existing lembu on how to run a subscription business. Perhaps it is time to open the wired connection provider to the private sector.

IM WORKING WITH TM but im not using UNIFI. HAHAHAHA!!! WONDER WHYYYYYY.. ive tried unifi,maxis and time but the best service for fiber internet for me is MAXIS. But sadly my new house doesnt have maxis fiber internet. so ive to go back to TIME. TIME sure is fast but really2 not stable,my opinion lahhhh....

Same problem I facing ... I using 30mbps Advance plan. But 4 person together (mobile user) can't watch RUclips. Some more one problem is my friend stay next door (Only 8-10' fit far)he can't use properly network up down. I don't what the fucking router they gave me.
