I think it really depends the feel you are trying to get; for me 28mm is wide enough; but that doesn't necessarily mean that there are situations where I'd prefer 14

@@JosephValenti basically an hour before sunrise at Rockefeller Center with the sparkling lights. I'd like a balance between subject/face exposure and not dimming out the background lights too much.

The main thing I don't like about it is how fast it over heats for me, but I also have it for 3 years so that prob is a big impact

I just bought a new V1 because after 13 months it already is f'd up. Not sure if I made the right choice anymore lel. 1. The red plastic at the front disappeared 2. The piece of plastic with the icons of the wheel is gone 3. The wheel itself has a hard time 4. The modeling light won't turn off anymore I need my flash at least 3 times a week. Sending for repair would take 5-6 months. I figured the 234 euros for a new one was better instead

There is a lamp mode for it that you could probably use as a makeshift key lite for a video in a pinch

Wouldn’t say worst idea. It’s not the best thing to do ; but cameras handle higher iso these days. It was the worst idea 15 years ago.

Great question! In shutter speed priority mode, the camera automatically adjusts the aperture for you based on the lighting conditions, but some cameras allow you to control the aperture as well. It really depends on your camera model!

I haven't tested crossing flashes I always use the same and don't currently have a Godox trigger. Sorry friend
