@@JosephValenti it fires 5 low flashes before taking a real flash

@@JosephValenti it fires on flash in rear sync but in fill mode thats when it fires five short bursts which takes too long and i miss my photos

I found I really liked it during getting ready photos and that needed to be done fast with out changing lenses

I believe you would need a new flash. Firmware is likely different.

Great question! Yes, the lamp typically turns off when you press the shutter, allowing the flash to fire without any interference from the light.

@@JosephValenti thank you! Would you take a headshot or a small group photo outdoor* with the flash on camera pointed to the subject? The flash is diffused with fabric. Just needed a little light for the face. Low power flash.. Can you get good results with that? Would you do it or not recommended

I do prefer manual but if I don’t have time. Auto everything except aperture is the way I go if i don’t have time to manually set things. Haven’t missed a shot using that setup. Technology today makes things so easy it’s crazy.

100% my prefered times to shoot; but it's hard to get up on top of Mt Marcy during those times since the hike is so long!
