To answer your question, no it’s not weird that you save your yarn labels. I’ve been doing this the past few years because I was interested in seeing how many skeins I use up each year. I go through A LOT! At the end of the year I add them up and then throw out the labels. It’s a fun little thing I do. I hope you’re feeling better and keep crafting!

I would say 3x the cost of supplies but then again it depends on how much people want the wraps. Down here in the south, you can't give away crochet practically.

Idk what you do when you're not crochetin, but if you do any kind of gardening, you should consider washing your hooks.

omg had so many knots and big fat spots that had to be cut out

I love your yarn review. I also purchase some Mandalay yarn.

I feel Lion Brand classifies their yarn sizes on what size they treat the yarn apposed to what size the yarn actually is, What i mean is they classify shawl in a cake as a 4 so when you use the slightly larger hook your fabric turns out drapier when you're finished. I find this the same with mandala baby cakes. typically i would crochet a size 3 or DK weight yarn with a 4 mm hook or sometimes smaller, but using a 5 mm for a moss stitch shawl i made it turned out so drapey and soft i absolutely love it! :) Just found your channel btw!
