Nooooo get rid of those wrist straps lol. Your body needs to work as 1, using them things hinders your build up of grip strength. Ok when you hit heavier weights but until then. Try a little chalk, and a hook grip (thumb around the bar, fingers wrapped over the top of the thumb, it wrecks initially but once become a custom to it, it's a good grip Deadlifting, treat every rep as a set - set the bar down and reset for the next rep. 1 leg day a week is good, and maybe one leg exercise at the begining of other work outs just to get that T flowing. Good stuff keep at it!!!

1 try not to let ya left leg bow in use a theraband wrapped around the knees if needed and keep tension. 2 Take your arms a little further out, try thumb to sliver ring this will target the upper back more. 3 keep spine neutral this includes the neck (don't flex the neck too much, instead look at the floor initially about 6 feet in front. 4 Lower the weight go for endurance 4:sets 12 reps with a 1min break between and build up from there. 5 Can't tell from the front, but ensure weight is on the heels and not on the toes initiate with glutes. Don't try to knock all of the above out at once work in 1 at time maybe 2. Look up compound warm up lifting drills! Good effort!
