Good day to all my fellow residents of Desert Hot Springs Ca. This is the first piece of evidence I am presenting to the community showing that The Desert Hot Springs Neighborhood Group is nothing more than a front group to control the population of Desert Hot Springs when in reality it's a Community Organizing Program. Yes I am calling Donna Poyuzina and Michael Ray Burke Community Organizers. And if you don't know the history of Community Organizing you might want to look up it's ties to lies, deceit, underhanded tactics and even Lucifer. What the DHSNG doesn't tell you is that if you get removed from the group for writing something THEY don't like then you go to one of their other "groups" to say it...... YOU COULD GET REMOVED FROM THAT ONE TOO. This is all about control. Their main goal is to control conversation, control the direction of the community, control actions, control opinions, control relationships, control information, control, control, control. Because that's what totalitarians do, they seek to dominate and control others. Now granted some of the people in Desert Hot Springs on the group page LOVE being slaves and being under control. They grovel to the administrators who condescendingly respond to their members and in return the slaves are grateful for that treatment. I don't fault them for that, they're gone. Leave them behind. On the other hand I have watched as people who express free will on the DHSNG get censored, shut down, removed or even voluntarily leave the group. AND THAT'S THE GOAL OF THE GROUPS ADMINISTRATORS. To control the language used on the site. And no amount of members that they scour facebook to invite into the group through emails, addresses, zip codes or friends lists INCLUDING PEOPLE HUNDREDS OF MILES outside of Desert Hot Springs will fool all of the public. This group is just a paper tiger. But keep having your meetings DHSNG about how you can pump the group up to be over inflated til it pops. Your emperor has no clothes. The "creator" of the group Donna Poyuzina grew up under communist rule. She supports liberal ideology and she obviously believes in censorship. Do you know that in China under communist rule, the government censors facebook, conversation, and negative comments? Plus the Chinese people are not allowed to post things the government doesn't like? That's how the (sweet little grandma Donna who is always smiling and doesn't have anything better to do) FOREIGN BORN Communist who grew up poor is treating AMERICAN PEOPLE in AMERICA. If I were you I would be outraged. But let's get to the evidence now shall we? The following is a paragraph from (A Way Of Thinking About Community Organizing) by Associate Professor of Sociology Stephen Valocchi He Wrote.. One common characteristic of these efforts has been the deemphasis on dissent and confrontation. You read that right he said in other words reduce disagreement and confrontation. What is Donna always saying on there? "No arguing". Only with a bunch of misspelled words though. There have been three dominant approaches or major types of neighborhood organizing in the twentieth century: the social work, political activist and neighborhood maintenance/community development approaches. Donna obviously chose a quasi combination of all 3 with more emphasis on the 1st and the 3rd. The social work approach sees the community as a social organism with certain needs that must be coordinated and met if the neighborhood is to survive and remain viable. The focus in this approach is on building a sense of community by gathering together existing social services and by delivering and lobbying for needed social resources. To the extent that this approach identifies a problem in the neighborhood it is one of social disorganization. You see this every day on the groups page Donna is almost always coordinating the group into some sort of planting effort or town clean up with her minions and co-community organizers like the Sewells. Falling out of this outlook on the neighborhood, the role of the organizer is either as an "enabler" to help the community gather itself together or as an "advocate" of the community to secure additional services. The approach that is taken to getting these services is primarily a consensual one: it assumes there is some common interest between the dominant groups and the neighborhood and it assumes a willingness of at least some in power to meet the needs of the neighborhood. How many times have we seen this type of thing happen in town as a result of Donna's efforts. She has organized for people in power to step in and help out it's citizens many many many times. This paragraph is easy to see day to day on the site. Referring to the Political Activist the Sociologist writes this This approach also draws distinctions between organizers and leaders (unlike the social work approach which sees the neighborhood almost like a collective client that needs to be "administered to"). Organizers frequently come from outside the neighborhood and their job is to identify and support indigenous community leaders. This approach is very sensitive to maintaining equality of power relations in the community organization. Therefore, leadership positions should come from within the neighborhood itself. The "creator" came from outside the community in 2010 and made her local connections with people like the Sewells. At least one of the Sewells grew up here. Are you seeing a parallel yet? The neighborhood maintenance approach sees the neighborhood as space that has intrinsic or commercial value. It is neither a site of service provision nor a site of power accumulation. The function of organizing is simply to maintain and improve the physical and commercial value of the property. In recent years this approach talks not only about maintaining the value of property but developing space to better meet the needs of the neighborhood residents. In this sense it skirts the boundaries of this approach and the social work approach. The garden plots, the town cleanups. Is it starting to make sense yet? Just add www. in front of this address here trincoll.edu/depts/tcn/valocchi.htm and read the article for yourself. Now I know that this is just a taste of the connections between Community Organizing and the Desert Hot Springs Neighborhood Group but to go on anymore in this post I feel would be overdoing the post. There are hundreds of papers written about community organizing that describe what it is and how it's done. The layout of the DHSNG is a mirror image of what the papers describe it to be. I will close with this.... An Ornithologist doesn't need to catch that flying duck in a net, withdraw it's blood, and have the blood tested to be 99% sure that a Mallard Duck just flew overhead. An automobile enthusiast doesn't need to have the Ford and F-150 tags on the body of the Ford F-150 to be able to tell you that he's 99% sure he saw 1990 Ford F-150 leaving the scene of a crime. He doesn't need to get the vin number verified with the dmv to be able to tell you the make and model for the vehicle. An Architect doesn't need a plaque mounted in the foyer of a Modern home to be able to tell you from the street that the design of the home is Modern. He can tell you with almost 100% confidence that the home is of Modern design. An Arborist doesn't need to have the pulp of a pine tree tested to be able to tell you it's a Pine Tree. You don't need to get an admission from the DHSNG that they are Community Organizers to see what they're doing. The question is will they admit it. I say they won't. That's why I am here to alert the public that they are deceiving you, they have an agenda, and they are not who they're claiming to be. Again, there are hundreds of documents encouraging Community Organizers to keep negative comments out of the dialogue and keep it positive like Donna does. There are hundreds of documents encouraging Community Organizers to start their groups in Rural areas because those areas work best for community organizing which obviously is where the DHSNG is. There are hundreds of documents encouraging Community Organizers to develop their programs in poorer areas where incomes are low. On and on and on and they are available for ANYONE to read right now online for free. The easiest way to spot that this is a Community Organizing scheme is because they are not original people. They have no talents so they are operating from a playbook. The playbook is available for free online and they all use the same one. It's like they're clones! And all they do is lie to their neighbors all day long. They're frauds and cardboard cutouts. Stop being naive and gullible. Start your own Neighborhood group that allows for people to post whatever they want to post because if your fellow members wanted to post things that would damage their character, YOU DIDN'T SAY IT. THEY DID! THEY will be held accountable for that NOT YOU. You don't need censors steering conversations and keeping information from getting to you. Don't let them do it.
