I loved your video. I also suffer from anxiety. Mine is going to the worst case scenario and my minds sits and spins there. I have been on meds for over 20 years and it is mostly under control. Thank you for talking about mental health. The most we talk about it the less it is looked upon as shameful. Keep being you and let all that other STUFF go as it is just garbage!!!!

I'm definitely not addicted. Im just starting out with Diamond art. I've bought a few luxury ones for later on when I'm more experienced. Got some canvases from Temu and some accessories that I'll need. Plus, I bought a couple of custom pens and a few other things from Etsy. I needed something more constructive to do when I'm off work after my knee replacement surgery in February. I didn't want to watch Netflix or be on my phone all day for 8 weeks. Wish me luck. 😊
