OMG this is the ONLY video I find that explains how to send a text to many as I just started my free trial. THERE IS NO EXPLANATION FOR THE MOST BASIC FEATURE when we first arrive in your system eventhough it looks very thorough, we need to know the basic, you should add to the help article. The one that says "Getting Started with Salesmsg" does not have this content at all

Does the mobile app possess this capability? I don't see a camera icon there and most of my clients don't rely on their laptops for texting. Also, how likely are people to click on a link they don't recognize, rather than a thumbnail, that takes them to another page? It seems like I'm still better off emailing them. Would be great if it worked or if support was available to troubleshoot but neither is the case. Wasted an entire workday trying to send a single message from Activecampaign. Best they could do was tell me to use the webhook function and "test it myself", lol!

So you CAN send and receive SMS text messages in Pipedrive? I did support chat with a Pipedrive rep and she said that you can’t do texting.
