People please brush your teeth three times a day or after eating every time and that alone will reduce the risk of cavities forming and gum disease and abcess from forming alone with some mouth wash as well and floss after every meal. I didnt take care of my mouth like i should have i brish three times a day and floss but haven't gone to a dentist in over 14 years and every tooth now has cavities from not getting dental office visit cleaning..but since instarted brushing theee to four times a day and flossing three times a day,mouth wash three times a day and use hydrogen peroxide twice a day my gum disease when they do the number thing went from alot of 4 and 4's to 2's and 3's in less then two months and she said i have barley any plaque at all and its just cavities from my dry mouth and love of cokes and sweets whoch os all terrible for teeth and now o regret eating sugary foods and sweet tea and cokes cause the pain in-between visits gets intense until all my cavities are filled and the four root canals and caps are placed then ill be fileeling much better i hope. I have already lost three teeth and now of i dont get the root canals done ill lpse the last 4 mollars i have whoch is only my forst molars i have left

I am fucked. 1. I have no ride 2. Living in Stigler, Oklahoma means i have to have transportation outside of town to a place like Tulsa or Broken Arrow just to get mine removed. 3. I have 3 wisdom teeth coming in, i have 2 teeth that are impacted next to my two bottom wisdom teeth, and a tooth on my top right has completely broken off......i have so much pain on the right side of my face and im pretty sure an infection is settling in. Ive tried keeping inflammation down, taking pain killers, trying numbing gel, liquid, and even cold compresses as well as squashing warm salt water in my mouth. Nothing works. Ive tried other things too and nothing is working I have been referred to so many places, getting bounced around from denfal clinics, others apparently dont do extractions and the one i went to in broken arrow, cancelled my appointment all because i am a sooner care patient and she said "the majority of sooner care patients cancel or dont show so we assumed you wouldnt come and cancelled it.". Then she offered to reschedule me for a different day of the month and i only and luckily managed to get a ride thaf day from my mom who was visiting us from california.....well shes in california again so i cant get her help a second time...... I was so pissed when they cancelled my appointment. I confirmed it the day before AND i showed up an hour early..... I am still trying to get into a clinic that will pull my teeth....im hurting so damn bad right now

I had this issue but now it is resolved. What I did :- 1. I started doing meditation by joining Sahajayoga ( search it on Google - Shree Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga ) 2. I started believing that I’m not this body / mind / soul and everything is managed by Almighty power. Cosmic Energies knows very well and they will cure for sure. 3. Also started doing some exercise and spend most of my time on helping others or growing plants / Trees 4. Started taking nutritious food which contains all vitamins / Proteins / minerals / fibers etc. needed by humans to consume and digest easily.
