This is one of my go-to off-Ice training workouts.This is the first episode of my pro hockey player video series which will also include 3-4 more videos.
shots arent full speed, look like they are for very screened situation where the forwards can deflect them
I’m relatively new to hockey and I never learned how to ice skate. Is it too late for me to learn at age 23?
Absolutely not. Just be patient and consistent.
I’m a beer league defenseman trying to get better, and this video is really helpful. Would love to see more on drills and technique.

Hey Justin keep up the good videos man. I've been looking to improve my D play and these videos confirm I'm focusing on the right things. One thing I'd like to see is D zone puck retrieval drills that focus on scanning and positioning. If possible that would be great!
Great video, my problem is actually being able to take a shot from the point (wrist shots). Maybe could you make a video on taking wrist shots from the blue line you look really good.
