Here is a Flash Flood Warning that was recorded on Thursday night on WMHT's digital subchannel that carries PBS Kids. I was finally able to confirm that WMHT does relay Flash Flood and Tornado Warnings and some Severe Thunderstorm Warnings on their stations. This T-128 is part of the Exelon Energy Nine Mile Point Nuclear Power Station early warning system in Oswego County, New York. This particular T-128 is located on West Utica Street between West 3rd and West 4th in the City of Oswego. The sirens do a short growl test on the first Tuesday of each month at 1 PM, and a full sound test on the first Tuesdays in June and December.
