HELP! my samsung airconditioner is windfree with product name AR13BYHAMWKX product code AR13BYHAMWKXTC my problem is error C1 63 I need help. please help me. I just had my aircon cleaned by aircon technicians but i'm still having this kind of error C1 63 where there is no wind at all.
I can't find this error code I have a feeling it's something different here in Canada. The best thing to do is call your HVAC company back and they can diagnose by calling Samsung Tech support.
what manual did you see function setting numbers? I can't find this anywhere to dictate what the numbers mean
Just Google the model number of your indoor unit & look for the install manual.
