Its depends upon the asset class you choose sir, if you opted for auto choice equity percentage is low, if you opted for active choice you will increase your equity percentage, pls check in nps portal how much equity is allocated and this video i have shown results for 25 years

Units lockin period is 3 years, then only withdraw option will show NPS Portal. So wait for three years

​@@srinik8008 I have the same concern regarding the contribution, specifically whether it is on a monthly or yearly basis.

It's not mandatory every month, you can contribute anytime within a month as well as any amount, but advisable to select date in month and invest in systematic manner to get good returns.

You have to wait for five years for the next 25% withdrawal, but the medical expenses exception is there, pls check with your local nodal office
