Very well spoken!!
This video was very well spoken. Well done sir. I'm glad to be in your class.
We have had some experience of booklets for lessons as it obviously drives consistency across a school. Does this extend to other subject or just science and is there anywhere to see the format and content out of interest?
Thanks for your question and feedback. Some of our academies do use booklets for all subjects and some for specific subjects only - they have the autonomy over this. We are planning a future episode on highly tailoring which will show more of the content and format of a booklet.
Well spoken. a nice breakdown
Clearly knows what he’s talking about!! Great video!
Very interesting. What time does the school day finish? This is quite an early start to the day.
mondays-wendensday 4.00pm therssay-friday 3.00pm
10 past 3, they givve you 5 mins to get things out of your lockers
good to see the importance of practical subjects like PE using consistency and routines. Be good to see more content for PE too!
Cracking practice and lends itself to PHSE curriculum and SEMH practice. Absolutely spot on for students that thrive on rules, routines and boundaries!
Really interesting and insightful how you apply tight transitions to PE. Looking forward to more tips for managing behaviour when it comes to PE
Have you tested the retrieval practice strength with your pupils at 8AM verus 4PM? Monday versus Friday? It would be worth finding out if your teenage pupils can score better in different conditions. I ask this because having just read Professor Sarah-Jayne Blakemore's research on the teenage brain - one of the world's leading experts - she suggests that early in the morning might not be the best time. I suspect pupils may also perform better on Tuesdays-Fridays AM rather than on Mondays when the brain is recovering from late nights over the weekend...
Is it possible to have a copy of that document? Thanks.
Is the data day one of the teacher training days/INSET day? How do you facilitate it? Thanks
Maybe don’t post
