If you have any doubts, can call the center

Just add one cup rice is to one and half cup water and keep it in pressure cooker mode once it is done let the pressure release on its own and open rice will be ready to serve

But if we use steel spoon in stainless steel container I don't think scratches will form.... It is not coated with non stick layer and its not good to use non stick vessels
