Is a "fly over " like a by - pass road? And with the relatively slow speeds allowed on the roads in JA, 50 , 70 maybe 80 kmph which is only about 50 mph (on what is supposed to be a freeway), where's the flying? Also, isn't the ticket issued when you enter, then you pay when you exit?

I can infer, from your narration, that you hold AT LEAST a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Land Surveying, IT/Computer Science, or any of the other STEM degrees

I can’t for the life of me, get into the metric system. Americans think they should be different, and not be dictated to, we are not backward, we’re not Jerk water town or Mayberry as you may think, ha ha... It’s very for me not to say mile, the metric system is not where we at, we still love the imperial system, we love to say pounds, quarts, ounces, inches, Fahrenheit instead of Celsius, we love simplicity. So far there are only two other countries in the world that uses the imperial system, and that is Liberia and Miramar.
