Long-story-short, I had to cut my hair back in May. I've been getting control of my seborrheic dermatitis once-and-for-all. I think I've finally gotten full control over it. In a way, it's a fun journey with growing my hair into whatever style I choose next.

It's been a full year since I moved to Plant City, Florida. The people I've met are about as pleasant as the weather. It's definitely been good for my overall health. My hormones have even been more balanced thanks to the warm weather, ample sunlight, and everglade surroundings. If you want to start over in life, I definitely recommend moving to the Tampa/Lakeland area.

I love gardening. It's a very rewarding hobby that is also great for your health in so many ways. It's especially great if you need more Vitamin D and cardio like me.

My wife and I did an Ancestry DNA test from ancestry.com. We are both Black American. So, our background isn't the clearest in the world. This test will help bring more clues to our family roots.
