About the settings, I'm not sure, I Just stay Stick to a setting in Global settings menu (or stomp, or user... I don't Jump from One to another and back). I assume that you don't loose your settings, but I'm not sure. As a possibile solution, I suggest to use an external midi footswitch so you have more choices and you can change presets AND effects. The chocolate connects authomatically vuia BT to the Tank. You have to program the Chicolate via PC or mobile. You have to downolad the softare from the manufacturers website. There are many modes (custom control mode, manufacturers mode, ecc. I'm trying to remmember, more or less it's something like that). You choose a mode and assign the values to the switches A/B/C/D. The best thing is to try and see what happens, so you can have a list of numbers and subsequent actions. So you can choose the CC number for a particular switch according to your needs and preferences ;-)

@@ElDami you don't Need the computer. You srnd midi commands directly to the valeton through the USB pen connected to the valeton via printer cable.

@@dansca72 I've just watched your other video, and of course I've subscribed. On your compact rig I can see the USB cable going out of the Valeton but nothing coming out of the MVave. What's missing for me is where are you connecting the GP in order to receive the Midi signaling from the MVave. Thanks so much, man

@@ElDami the Chocolate Is connected via Bluetooth to the USB pen. The USB pen Is connected to the valeton via cable and Is powerd by a phone charger.

@@joejdm5861 hi. Maybe it's not so noticeable in the mix. There Is a Little lag when changing the mix, but It Is acceptable when you listen the whole thing. Anyway it's good to have the last firmware.

I vari comandi per quanto ne so sono solo on/off, non so di eventuali comandi per regolare parametri, volume, ecc. eventualmente con un pedale d'espressione appunto. It's for the tuner. Both switches do the same thing. I had no single switch.

Ciao. Scusa il ritardo ma ho dovuto sempre rimandare. Riiguardo alla tua domanda: io ho anche una Fusion II, quindi due modelli con ponte Wilkinson. Secondo me è un ottimo ponte, fa benissimo il suo lavoro. Ti confermo che lo scasso piccolo ne riduce l'escursione. Non so se voglia o possa essere paragonabile a un Floyd Rose (no c'è blocca corde alla paletta e regolazione fine sul ponte...) però per vibrati non esagerati va benissimo. Per dive bomb o robe estreme non credo sia il top, ma non credo sia progettato per questo. Spero di avere risposto alla tua domanda :-) ciao!

@@dansca72 Sì hai ragione, il Wilkinson non può in ogni caso essere paragonato a un Floyd Rose. Però mi confermi che forse avrebbero potuto progettare un po' meglio questi modelli: con una piccola accortezza (uno scasso appena più ampio), si sarebbero potute sfruttare al meglio le potenzialità del ponte. Ti ringrazio!

Va usato un cavo USB da collegare al gp100 e a una piccola Pennetta che va poi inserita in un caricatore da cellulare che attaccherai a una presa di corrente. Come procedura di configurazione ti consiglio di cercare su YT, ci sono molti tutorial. Qui non riesco a spiegare nel dettaglio. Io ho scelto un tutorial (spesso sono in spagnolo, ma puoi selezionare sottotitoli tradotti) e ho seguito passo passo.

I've seen it in other videos under more than one section, one where you have compressors and also in modulation one in the end of the list a believe

I'm using a multiple Power supply. It gives 300mA on every output and everything works flawlessly

@@dansca72 Thanks for the information. I imagine then that the included power supply either was a bit of overkill, or perhaps it only draws that power when it drives all its output connections. I was planning to break out the circuit on a breadboard and measure the actual current draw, but am a little lazy at building a connector to hook it all up.

@@carlosdaroza uh I don't know... I juast have some pedals to connect to a power supply, so I just took a power supply with many aoutputs (I hope) isolated :-)

Grazie Gianluca. Fa piacere che il lavoro e il tempo speso per migliorare il rig sia apprezzato. Il Gp200 consente molte possibilità. Al momento sono muratissimo e non riesco a fare di più. Mi piacerebbe fare una diretta dove spiego alcune altre cose ma purtroppo non riesco per ora. la cosa migliore è sperimentare e fare tentativi, per verificare i limiti e le possibilità della macchina. Poi vediamo anche coi prossimi aggiornamenti. L'ultimo, appunto, consente molto ;-) ciao!

How did you set up the Freeze? I was able to activate it with the expression pedal, but cannot control the volume. I think there is supposed to be a way to activate the freeze with a foot switch while controlling the volume with the expression pedal. I'll happily displace my Electro-Harmonix Superego+ if I get that working as well.

@@carlosdaroza I prefer to activate It with a switch and keep the volume fixed, at about 100% or 90%, no Need to change It with pedal, never tried so far.

About the whammy, I suggest you to activate it no with the Exp1, but with a ctrl footswitch, and commanidng it with the exp2 (second exp pedal required). If you activate it with the exp1, you'll go directly with the high pitch note ;-)

Thank you. I think creating a patch Is part of the fun. And you Better understand how the machine works. I usually start from zero and go towards a sound I have in mind. And it's never finished... Always tweaking a Little. But that's part of the game :-)

Hi. I didn't notice any clipping anyway I'll try to keep an eye on this aspect. So far I have no experience of this issue. Maybe I keep the patch volume not much loud. I could make a video about my GP-100 general setting. I did some gigs and and no problems.

I'm reading forums that gp100 has digital clipping sounds when recording, I'm planning to buy one. but I'm worrying you said that there's clipping sounds... have you found the fix??, I've also read that clipping is present when gain staging like overdrive and amp gain is both on......

@@rance6149 I use It mainly for live situations. At home i plug It to the sound card via two unbalanced cables. I didn't notice any clipping...

@@dansca72 I managed to get the 4 cable method working. Guitar > od/distortion/gate ≥inpute of gp200 send to > gate bypass/reverb/delay/looper to amp return. Amp send to gp200 return. Send to gate return or what ever you have in the effects loop. Finally the L (mono) to front of amp.

There's the Pitch Shifter effect, simply named "Pitch", if I remember well it's in the "Mod" effects section.

I think it's not possible. It's just red or green light. It would be nice to have that option. I hope in next firmware updates.... :-)
