I've been watching her story since I first heard of her. Although every interview is different, I must say that THIS one in particular was top 3. The questions asked, the interaction, the conversation, etc. You can definitely tell she did her homework on Mrs. Weaver. I had to stop this when she said "My life wasn't meant to be easy, but it was meant to have peace" and then went on to speak on being a hurdler, this spoke to me on another level. She was definitely speaking a word that needed to be heard. 10/10 interview!!!

Great interview! Law is truly inspiring.

Love Jordyn support everything she does. Cool that she is willing to try new things, but at some point you have to look at the spaghetti on the wall and make a commitment to what you've discovered about yourself. You can take a lifetime trying to figure out how to do something that a gifted person can show you in a few minutes. If it's acting, connect to the best acting coach you can find. If it is singing connect to the best singing coach. If it is business, perhaps a business degree. Just before I watched this interview I watched one with Lady Gaga in which she said every creative project is a team effort. Creative behind the scene are an important part of the final product. Sounds like Jordyn is trying to produce a successful outcome by herself, as opposed to finding... building a team of creatives that share her vision. Love you both... God Bless you!

I think it’s important to understand that Cynthia is a British Black Queer Woman, born to a Nigerian immigrant family. Her cultural experiences are unique and her responses are unique. They are also valid responses, even if they are not consistent with your responses. Imagine how violating the AI alteration which covered her face could be for her with her life experience where everything is taken away and invalidated. It may have been innocent but it was incredibly insensitive and oblivious to her experience and frankly to the core of the story in this film. She’s not accepted in Nigeria. She’s not accepted in the UK. She’s not accepted by mainstream Hollywood. So I get it. I know exactly why she responded so fiercely because I too come from an “other” experience and I have a lifetime of being diminished, of being “othered”, of being pushed aside for who I am. Let it go. Get offended by someone within your own tribe. She’s not in yours. Let it go.
